In 1995, we searched for a location to build Golden Collision Center. After finding a location on Cantrell Road in West Little Rock and soliciting the help of many good people, we designed our new state of the art auto repair facility.
Golden Collision Center opened in November, 1996 with one technician and one customer service representative. In the past twenty years, we have grown to eighteen employees and countless satisfied customers. As we look forward, we are excited about the new advancements in vehicles and the opportunities that lie ahead for our family in the Collision Repair Industry.
The best facility with the best equipment in the world, does not ensure success. It is the people in our company that are our greatest assets.
Let me introduce you to just a few…..
Larry is our President. With twenty five years in the industry, he sets the vision for the company and ensures all employees are committed to our “Core Values” of trust, integrity, and responsibility. Larry received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Tommy is our Production Manager. He has been with us since the planning stages of Golden Collision Center. With over thirty years in the industry, he is highly certified. He has completed frame training with the Snap-On, collision repair training with I-CAR, and paint certification with Sikkens. His outstanding repair skills and attention to detail is why he is responsible for quality control at Golden Collision Center.
Felicia is our Business Manager. She started out over twelve years ago as our customer service representative. She has excellent people skills and is an asset to our customer service team. Her knowledge of the industry continues to grow and her insights are invaluable to our team. Felicia received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Emily is our Customer Service Representative. She came to us two years ago after spending eight years in the customer service industry. Emily coordinates the customer vehicle intake and delivery process. She is also a trained estimator and key person in our customer service team. Emily is also bilingual.
