Employee Policies & Benefits


Paid holidays include: Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


  • After one year of service employees receive 40 Hours paid vacation
  • After five years of service employees receive 80 Hours paid vacation
  • No sick leave is provided.


Overtime pay is time and a half of base pay. Overtime is given for time worked over 40 hours in a pay period.


Employees are paid hourly wages and paychecks are issued weekly. Direct deposit is available.

Health/Life Insurance

Health/Life Insurance is available to employees after 3 months of successful employment. Our company will pay up to 75% for the employee’s insurance. Health insurance is available at this time for family members, but the employee is responsible for cost.
We provide the required Workman’s Compensation Insurance.


After 3 months of full-time employment, employees can sign up for our Simple IRA plan. Chenal will match up to 3% of contributions.

Drug Testing

Initial employment is dependent on a negative drug test to be performed by an independent lab. A drug test will be required in case of a job-related and/or vehicular accident. Note: If injured, Workman’s Comp Insurance will not pay if the drug test is positive. Random drug tests will be performed on a semi-consistent basis.


Any employee that knowingly deceives a customer in order to make a sale will be terminated.
