Disassemble/Reassemble Technician
Imagine being a part of a neighborhood shop where our relationships are personal and our service reflects it. Where you can impact the lives of our customers with the personal service they deserve after an accident has interrupted their lives. This position is critical to the flow of the shop. The in house clients for this position are all the employees downstream in the production line. By completing everything possible in this Blueprint stage it sets up all other team members to succeed.
Key Objectives
1. Scan all cars pre and post repair 100% of the time.
2. Accurately identify and document all damage to the vehicle in no more than twenty percent of the overall body time in the job.
3. Strive for 50% Repair vs Replace.
4. Perform a final inspection to ensure 100% quality in the repair.
5. Maintain 100% of ICAR or Vendor required training
Painter

Paint Prep
If you are passionate about working on cars, and want to pursue a career in collision repair, this is the opportunity for you!
Prepping, Taping and masking cars for refinish in a state of the art collision repair center.
Some experience is preferred, but not required.
Must have a good driving record.
This is a fast paced environment working with others to produce high quality, high volume work in an air conditioned shop.

Parts Person
This is a great opportunity to work in parts in a Collision Repair Center. You will order, receive, and track auto parts. You should be familiar with auto body parts and be able to use Windows software efficiently. You will need to be very detail oriented and must have good organizational skills. It is critical that you have the ability to work well with others.
Hours are 7:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday.
